Get more out of the body you've got. How the ingredients work, what the numbers on a label mean, and how to build a routine you'll actually keep.
Three mushrooms, three jobs
Lion's Mane → Mind
Also known as yamabushitake, and long studied in China, India, Japan and Korea. Its nootropic compounds — hericenones and erinacines — are why it became the go-to mushroom for memory, concentration and mental clarity.
Chaga → Defense
Chaga capsules are loaded with phytochemicals: plant-based molecules that stimulate the immunological and hormonal systems. Chaga also supports a healthy gut microbiome and the absorption of nutrients, antioxidants, fatty acids and minerals at the cellular level.
Shilajit → Output
A botanical blend built on Shilajit Extract (30:1) for natural energy and vitality, Ashwagandha Root Extract (30:1) for balance and daily performance, Tongkat Ali Root Extract (300:1) for physical performance and endurance, and Sea Moss Extract (20:1).
How to read an extract ratio
A ratio like 30:1 means thirty parts raw material were concentrated into one part extract. It's the fastest way to tell whether a formula is likely to do anything — a 300:1 tongkat ali extract is a very different thing from raw tongkat ali powder, even at the same milligram count.
Building your first stack
Start with one bottle for thirty days before adding anything. Functional mushrooms are not stimulants; the effect is cumulative, not immediate. Most people begin with Lion's Mane in the morning and add Chaga with dinner after the first month.
How the range is sorted
Adaptogens — mushroom and botanical extracts for focus, immunity, energy and endurance.
Superfoods — concentrated daily nutrition. Greens and reds blends, plus grass-fed collagen for skin, joints and connective tissue.
Droppers — a format rather than a category. The same kinds of ingredients in liquid form.
In the Lab — synthetic compounds, for jobs where a lab-made molecule outperforms a plant one. Several carry interaction cautions the rest of the range doesn't, so read those labels closely.
Capsules, powders or drops?
It's a question of routine, not potency. Capsules are simple to count and easy to travel with. Powders mix into a drink and suit larger daily servings. Drops are naturally sweetened with stevia and can be taken straight or stirred into a beverage. Pick whichever one you'll actually remember to take, and follow the serving instructions on the label you're holding.
Frequently asked
How long before I notice anything?
Give any single formula a full thirty days before you judge it.
Can I take more than one at a time?
Generally yes, but check the labels first. Several of our formulas contain overlapping mushroom extracts, so if you're stacking two products it's worth reading both ingredient lists to see where they double up. Anything from the In the Lab collection deserves a closer look, and a word with your doctor if you take prescription medication.
Is everything plant-based?
No. Most of the range is mushroom and botanical, our collagen is animal-derived, and the In the Lab formulas are synthetic. We use whichever works best for the job. Capsule material also varies between formulas, so check the product page if that matters to you.
Where are they made?
All formulas are manufactured in the USA.
