What we can help with

Ingredients and stacking. Several of our formulas share mushroom species, so if you're taking more than one and want to check for overlap, tell us which products and we'll walk you through the labels.

Order status, shipping and returns. Include your order number and we'll get to it faster.

Batch questions. If you want details about a specific lot, send the lot number from the bottle.

What we can't help with

We can't give medical advice or tell you whether a product is right for your situation. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, that conversation belongs with your doctor or pharmacist — not with us. Every product page lists its ingredients and cautions under Need to Know, and you're welcome to take that information to them.

Response times

We aim to reply within two business days. If you haven't heard back after that, check your spam folder before assuming we've ignored you — it's usually there.
